Piezoelectric actuator has been widely attentioned because it has advantages of high precision,accurate motion control,etc.,and in some situations,such as low temperature,high temperature and electromagnetic interference,traditional actuator will not work.Piezoelectric actuator appears to meet these special environmental requirements.The double feet piezoelectric actuator is a sort of non-resonance piezoelectric actuator designed by the secondary lever and straight circular flexure hinge,which has the features of quick response and high speed.The main research contents are as follows:The background,characteristics and research status of piezoelectric actuator are introduced.Resonance and non-resonance piezoelectric actuators are compared and then the design idea of piezoelectric actuator is presented.Basic properties and usage of piezoelectric ceramics are introduced.The simulation research of output characteristics of NAC2013-H04 piezoelectric stack is completed.According to the secondary lever and straight circular flexure hinge structure,piezoelectric actuator is designed.And it's operating principle is described.The magnification ability of piezoelectric actuator's stator is calculated and simulated.The theory result is 12.8,and the simulation is 11.284.The dynamic analysis of piezoelectric actuator is completed.The following optimization scheme of piezoelectric actuator is proposed.To find the hinge's parameters' influence for its flexibility by data and charts,the basis for subsequent optimization is provided.Straight circular flexure hinge's parameters are optimized by ANSYS Workbench,and optimization target is the magnification ability of the stator.The stator's drive foot structure is optimized and so on.Piezoelectric actuator is manufactured and the movement ability and load capacity of piezoelectric actuator are studied,the maximum speed of the actuator reaches 14.286mm/s,stator's magnification ability reaches 9.146 and the load capacity reaches 1.7N.The further structure optimization of piezoelectric actuator is put forward based on the real assembly and experiment.The research contents of piezoelectric actuator are summarized.The future improvement and optimization of piezoelectric actuator are listed and further research directions are prospected.
