With the development of science and technology,in order to meet the further development of manufacturing in the field of high precision,and to achieve the integration of high precision and large work stroke,the compliant mechanism came into being.Compared with the traditional rigid structure,the compliant mechanism is a new type of mechanism that replaces the motion pair in the traditional rigid structure with a flexure joint and utilizes the elastic deformation of the flexure member to realize the conversion of force,energy or motion.In this context,a new type of micro-displacement amplifier which is suitable for the displacement amplification of piezoelectric stack is designed and optimized by theoretical analysis,simulation and experimental research,and its output characteristics are studied.The specific work is as follows:(1)Based on four typical notched flexure hinges,a unified polar coordinate system is established.Then the formulas of flexibility,precision and displacement are derived and verified to obtain the performance of four typical flexure hinges.The elliptical flexure hinge was finally selected as the flexure member of the micro-displacement amplifier.(2)A new type of micro-displacement amplifier is designed based on the principle of lever amplification and the principle of triangular amplification.The theoretical formula of the amplification factor of the micro-displacement amplifier is derived and verified by the knowledge of structural statics.By using the joint simulation of MATLAB and ANSYS,the structural parameterization modeling and optimization of the micro-displacement amplifier is carried out,and the output characteristics of the optimized micro-displacement amplifier are simulated.(3)According to the result of optimization,the micro-displacement amplifier is processed and the test platform of the output characteristic for the micro-displacement amplifier is built.The influence of the driving voltage and signal frequency for the piezoelectric stack on the output characteristics and amplification factor of the micro-displacement amplifier is studied.
