At present,the excavation using sheet pile more support,can also be widely used in the cofferdam,the berm revetment project.With the sustainable development of society,economy-saving society,continue to pay attention to environmental protection,the traditional way of supporting and precast retaining pile more and more suited to the development of today's construction industry,the development of new high-quality supporting piles become the industry urgent needs.In this context prestressed concrete T plate pile emerged,compared with the traditional support engineering,T plate piles can greatly shorten the construction period,less impact on the surrounding environment,the construction process is also more secure,cost savings,in need project can play a beautiful role.This article,the T plate piles are introduced,including the following aspects:(1)The design and model of T sheet pile is introduced.Through to its shape specifications,connection mode,construction mode,material consumption and relevant calculation and comparison of mechanical properties,T sheet pile selection diversity degree of difficulty,construction period,construction,cost,covers an area of a certain advantage,have impact on the environment.According to the requirements of different engineering,T sheet pile in the process of design can use different specifications;(2)Combined with engineering example,using U-shaped plate pile supporting monitoring and finite element analysis software Midas GTS contrast analysis,determine the correctness of the finite element software simulation,then select such as bending T sheet pile model for finite element simulation analysis software,and the T and U sheet pile is sheet pile performance comparison,T sheet pile supporting structure and material consumption were better than U sheet pile supporting;(3)Combined with engineering example,the simulated section rib height,width,prestressed pile and the soil of T plate deformation,displacement of sheet pile,pile body stress influence.With the increase of T sheet pile section height,uplift and subsidence of soil increased,the displacement of the pile body is reduced,pile maximum tensile stress and decreases;T sheet pile the increase of the rid width,uplift and subsidence of soil increased,the displacement of the pile body is reduced,pile maximum tensile stress and decreases;Enlarged prestressed soil deformation,the maximum horizontal displacement pile,pile maximum tensile stress is roughly linearly decreases;(4)Combined with engineering example,analysis of different pit stack effect and in different circumstances of different embedded depth of foundation pit depth T sheet pile supporting analysis T sheet pile retaining pile deformation,displacement of sheet pile,soil stress.Uniform stack with the increase of soil deformation,the maximum horizontal displacement pile,pile maximum tensile stress is increasing;Partial stack with the increase of space distance sheet pile soil deformation,the maximum horizontal displacement pile,pile maximum tensile stress and decreases;Embedded depth and the bottom of the foundation pit above part pile length ratio is approaching 1:1,can reduce the impact on the supporting structure at the same time to save the cost of materials,on the premise of ensure the safety of the supporting structure in order to improve the economy,applicability of T sheet pile.
