At present,the main research direction of permanent magnet governor is the simulation analysis of its electromagnetic field,temperature field and structure field,and the optimization of the transmission performance of permanent magnet governor.The structure of the permanent magnet governor and the effect of permanent magnet loss are neglected in the analysis of various fields.By reading a lot of literature,it is found that the structural modeling of permanent magnetically tuned magnetic can be further optimized,that is,on the basis of the structure of the conventional permanent magnet governor.Because the traditional permanent magnet governor in the system by adding heat dissipation structure,the permanent magnet governor of the heat treatment to prevent the permanent magnet temperature is too high caused by permanent magnet magnetic properties of the attenuation,weaken the effective working magnetic field,Moments,even when the temperature rises to the Curie temperature point,the permanent magnets may fail permanently.Therefore,reducing the effect of eddy current on permanent magnets will not only be related to the economics of permanent magnet governor operation,but also to the reliability of permanent magnet governor operation.In addition,the eddy current weakens the effective working magnetic field and reduces the transmitted torque.The traditional way of cooling the main structure is mainly air convection and liquid cooling,the drawback is to increase the economic benefits,and the cooling structure needs regular inspection and repair,to bring some inconvenience to the production.The heat insulation model proposed in this paper can deal with the problem of loss of magnetism due to overheating of permanent magnets.In this paper,the speed control system of the permanent magnet governor is selected from the anti-disturbance rejection control system because the control method has the advantage that the controlled object does not require the accurate mathematical model,the system modeling inaccurate The sexual factors are tracked together with the external perturbations in the system as the same perturbation in the system.In the measurement process found that the sensor can not provide the ideal feedback signal,the sensor itself has a lot of systematic error,there are some noise,measurement error and signal hysteresis and other defects,to a large extent reduce the system reliability and accuracy.Moreover,for the speed control system itself will have some related perturbation,the operation side of the load side of the uncertainty caused by interference.Although the auto-disturbance-rejection control method has strong robustness,it can observe the amount of change in the system and make the compensation in time.However,the parameters of the auto-disturbance rejection control algorithm are more difficult and the parameters are difficult to adjust It is difficult to achieve rapid adjustment parameters to improve design efficiency.On this basis,this paper uses the quantum particle swarm algorithm to improve the auto-disturbance-rejection algorithm.Firstly,the finite element analysis of the copper plate,the permanent magnet plate and the initial air gap of the permanent magnet governor is made by CAD and ANSYS software.The parameters of the copper plate,the steel plate and the initial air gap are observed with different parameters.Magnetic flux changes,so as to determine the permanent magnet governor model parameters.Then,the permanent magnet of permanent magnet governor is subjected to thermal analysis.The thickness of permanent magnet insulation film is obtained by numerical calculation and simulation.The three-dimensional model of permanent magnet governor and insulation film is determined.Secondly,this paper chooses the speed control system of permanent magnet governor.A dual-dc torque motor is used as the control motor of the permanent magnet governor.The control system of the permanent disturbance governor is selected as the permanent magnet governor.The quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the permanent magnet governor controller.And PSO,the simulation model of permanent magnet governor with two algorithms is built by using MATLAB software.The TD,NLSEF and ESO parameters of the auto-disturbance rejection controller are optimized respectively,and the program is programmed in the s function module.Simulation results.The results show that the controller has a good control performance and improves the running efficiency and speed performance of the permanent magnet governor.
