With the expansion of the Beijing population scale,the continuous growth of the travel demand,urban traffic congestion problem more and more outstanding,not only affect the transportation and aggravate environmental pollution.Seriously affect the image and sustainable development of Beijing.For this reason,since 2000,Beijing develop the urban rail transit that has a large capacity,high speed,safe and convenient,save resources and land.This public transport alleviate the traffic problems in Beijing,convenient for residents travel,also supports the development of Beijing city space structure.Beijing,however,in the process of urban rail transit construction and development,there is a problem of the unreasonable transportation line construction schedule,some important main lines built later,while some radioactive built ahead.These problems make urban rail transit to ease traffic congestion,guide the urban space layout,and other functions cannot effectively work,then obstruct the Beijing development.Therefore,it has a great significance to study the construction sequence of Beijing urban rail transit and put forward some suggestions.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper studies the factors that influence the construction of urban rail transit.Three aspects are traffic demand,structure of network and and city development coordination.This paper analyzes the relationship between the three main factors and the construction schedule of the urban rail transit and the corresponding feasible index of each factor.Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy method to determine the weight of each index in the index system.This paper makes an empirical analysis of the construction sequence of 26 rail transit lines in Beijing by using the multiple attribute decision making model TOPSIS method,and obtains the construction time sequence theory recommendation scheme of Beijing urban rail transit.Compared with theoretical recommendation scheme and the actual construction,it is found that there are differences in the timing of the construction of multiple lines.The lines construction significantly later are line 17,line 12,line 16,line 3 and line 10 and line 6 and line 14.And the lines significantly advanced construction are batong line,airport line,e-town line and line 13.9 planning line construction timing optimization program in the next 5 years is:line 17,line 16,line 3,line 12,line 19,the new airport line,Yanfang line,Pinggu line and the western suburbs line.
