Subway station is an important gathering point of subway passenger,mostly located in the ground,with the environment is relatively closed,the internal space is complex and so on.In the event of fire,emergency rescue and evacuation work is difficult,so it is easy to cause casualties and huge economic losses.Study on subway station fire emergency disposal process is helpful to assist the emergency decision-makers and other relevant personnel to grasp the whole process,make more scientific decision-making,improve the efficiency of emergency treatment,and minimize the scope and extent of the accident.And This will also provide a theoretical basis for the further development of emergency management process control system.First of all,this paper introduces the concept of emergency disposal activity base from the perspective of knowledge domain,and analyzes the logical relationship between the basic elements of the fire emergency disposal activities in subway station.This paper analyzes the process of fire emergency disposal in different situations of subway station by means of specific cases,using the method of element extraction of emergency disposal activities,sub-process construction method,overall process generation method and it realizes the process transformation of subway fire accident emergency disposal.Then,the mechanism of SCPN transformation of the fire emergency disposal process of the subway station is expounded from the aspects of the contingency element and its logical relationship,as well as the SCPN transformation of the emergency disposal process.The SCPN model of the fire emergency disposal process of the subway station is established by using the stochastic colored Petri net theory,including the whole process,the alarm response process,the emergency response,the rescue action flow and the later disposal process etc.This paper defines the color of the place and expounds the dynamic operation mechanism of the SCPN model.Combining with the characteristics of the fire emergency disposal of the subway station and the related basic theory,this paper puts forward the evaluation index of the emergency disposal process model and its solving method.Finally,taking the fire accident of Guangzhou Metro Yuexiu Park Station as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the emergency disposal process model,evaluates and optimizes the experimental results,predicts the key link of the emergency disposal process model,and puts forward the optimization method of emergency resource allocation based on ArcGIS.The results show that the SCPN model of subway station fire emergency response process is reasonable,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the model is verified.The model can be used to predict the weak links in the emergency treatment process,improve the emergency disposal plan,improve the efficiency of emergency treatment by optimize the allocation of emergency resources.
