Stepping into 21st century,China's railway construction has made remarkable achievements,and the Chinese railway has entered a new period of development.,the train wheel is the main motor vehicle rolling parts,the shape is complex,the use of existing conventional non-destructive detecting methods can only detect some of these parameters.For a long time,there has no better way for a complete detection parameter surface and near surface regions of the wheelset tread,to increase the research and development of detection technology and system of wheelset tread geometric parameters is particularly important and urgent Therefore,with the continuous improvement of train speed,it is of great practical significance to study the geometric parameter detection technology and system of wheel tread..In this paper,the geometric parameter detection system of wheelset tread is designed and constructed based on the double two-dimensional structured light vision sensor.The tread profile data are collected by the detection system,and the data are analyzed and processed synthetically to obtain the geometric parameters of the tread.At the same time,the error caused by some factors has been made a full discussion and given them appropriate compensation measures.The results show that the feasibility of the wheelset tread profile geometric parameter detection system based on the double two-dimensional structured light vision sensor is satisfied.The measurement results meet the requirements of the wheel inspection.The work of this paper is as follows:(1)Collected and reviewed the progress and achievements of domestic and international train wheel tread inspection system.mastered the wheel shape measurement technology research status quo.(2)The geometric parameter detection scheme of wheelset tread based on double two-dimensional structured light vision sensor is designed.The principle of tread parameter measurement is introduced in detail,and the visual sensor selection and parameter configuration are carried out.(3)The geometric parameter detection system of wheelset tread based on double two-dimensional structured light sensor is constructed,and the measurement of the main geometric parameters is realized.The precision of geometric parameters of the rim is 0.2mm.The precision of geometric parameters of the rim width is 0.4mm.(4)The factors that cause the error are analyzed and the degree of influence on the measurement accuracy are calculated.(5)The conclusions of the laboratory has been applied to the subway detection site,verified the feasibility of the on-line detection system.
