Research On Key Technologies Of Urban Road Combination Congestion Pricing

In recent years,road congestion problems in the urban traffic have seriously affected the development of the economic and human society.Because of this,its research gradually received extensive attention of scholars.Urban road congestion charge and urban parking charge as two of the important measures of traffic demand management,and it has been proven to effectively relieve traffic congestion in theory.Many cosmopolitan cities have implemented policies about this,and achieved good results.In this paper,the urban road congestion charge and the urban parking charge has been combined,using the method of economics,urban traffic network utility maximization as the goal,and reasonable guiding the traffic flow to adjust the traffic behavior method of the traveler.Achieved the purpose of effectively relieve urban road congestion,and does not need to significantly increase the government's financial investment.At first,this paper analyses the urban road congestion,respectively expounds the strategy,principle and effect of urban road congestion charge and urban parking charge.Determine the possible of the urban road congestion charge and urban parking charge combination policy.Secondly,using the game theory to analyze congestion bottleneck road,based on game theory to establish the combination congestion pricing model in bottleneck road.By solving the numerical examples and analysis,we can draw the following conclusion: the combination congestion pricing strategy can effectively adjust the structure of the travel in the bottleneck road,so as to effectively alleviate the congestion in urban road.Then,analyzes the problem of fairness in congested urban roads,and establish the combination congestion pricing model based on Gini coefficient.Through adjusting the control parameters in the combination congestion pricing model,the fairness of different needs can be determined in the combination congestion pricing model.By solving the numerical examples and analysis,we can draw the following conclusion: the combination congestion pricing strategy can be reasonable adjustment of the structure of the travel and the travelers' travel route in urban road network,so as to effectively alleviate the congestion in some special urban road.Finally,comprehensive analysis the combination congestion pricing strategy,expounded the similarities and differences of two kinds of pricing strategies,and the possible problems in the process of implementation the strategy are discussed.
