In recent years,with the large-scale construction of the face rockfill dam and the construction level of the upgrade,the size of the dam and the dam height in the constant refresh,so the dam body filling standards are constantly improving,for high dams,especially 200m Level above the high-concrete panel dam filling the standard requirements of the higher.The study shows that the higher the filling standard is,the more favorable the control of the settlement and deformation of the dam,and the mechanical properties of the dam material and the structural characteristics of the high dam are important to the filling standard of the high concrete face sand and gravel dam.Fill the standard is to protect the dam construction quality and safe operation of the key factors.Based on the summary of previous engineering experience and related research results,this paper takes into account the actual situation of the current earth-rock dam engineering research,design and construction,combined with the commitment of the Carabelle panel gravel and gravel dam,Rockfill dam and Yulong Kashi panel sand and gravel-rockfill dam,and discussed and put forward some principles and methods to determine the filling standard of high-face sand and gravel dam,and carried out the relevant influencing factors More systematic research and analysis:(1)To explore and put forward to determine the high-surface sand and gravel dam filling the number of principles and methods.The influence of dam height and rolling dry density on the settlement and deformation of dam is studied.With the increase of dam height,the settlement deformation increases significantly.With the increase of dry density,the settlement deformation decreases,but the decrease is more and more Small,and even dry density to a certain value,the basic no longer change.At the same time,the factors influencing the compaction density are analyzed,and it is considered that the higher the density of the rolling is,the higher the mechanical properties are,the better the mechanical properties are,and the different materials are suitable for compaction.Get the rolling effect is not one,the greater the number of rolling,the thickness of the greater the thickness of the greater the thickness of the greater.Finally,according to the relationship between the above factors,put forward a number of rolling compaction standards to determine the principles and methods to control the dam settlement and deformation to ensure the safety and stability of the dam as a prerequisite,taking into account the economic benefits of construction,according to the actual project Conditions to determine the most reasonable construction rolling parameters.(2)Through the field and indoor large-scale relative density test,the determination method of relative density index of gravel material and the related factors such as grading(gravel)were studied.The principle and test process of large relative density test and indoor relative density test of sand and gravel are discussed,and the comparative analysis of the two works is carried out.The results show that the maximum and small dry densities are related to the gravel content of sand and gravel,and there is an optimal gravel.(3)Through the field rolling test,the influence law of the rolling parameters on the compaction degree is studied systematically.The parameters of the rolling parameters(driving speed,laying thickness,rolling times,adding water,etc.)are analyzed and analyzed Process,method and key link.(4)Summarize the results of on-site and indoor relative density test and field rolling test of three major earth-rock dams,and exemplify that under the premise of ensuring the quality of dam filling and settling deformation,taking into account the construction Of the economic benefits,to determine the rationality of rolling parameters,and successfully applied to engineering practice.
