With the rapid development of architectural design,the field of design methodology and design tools(computer-aided architectural design technology)are constantly evolving,but there are still some problems:(1)traditional architectural design display can only be the only Angle and path(such as the plan and three-dimensional model),resulting in the omission of architectural design information,and the misunderstanding between the architect and the party,so that there may be some error between the architectural design and the actual effect.(2)Data transaction and collaborative design in the background of digital design.The advantage of BIM in architectural design is collaborative design,but it is often used in the construction period after the completion of the design part,such as the construction and operation and maintenance management stage.The lack of BIM visualization and scope leads to multi-party coordination efficiency which is not effienicy(the inaccuracy of information transmission and understanding of the deviation).(3)The evaluation of the entire architectural design system emphasis on the results,pays less attention to the design process evaluation.Especially the public which is the main use of the crowd,participates in the construction activities of the time is often at the first part and at the last(pre-research,post-use and evaluation).In this paper,through the analysis of two very important visual media BIM(integrated data)and VR(immersive virtual experience)in the field of architectural design,we find that:(1)the visualization of BIM is insufficient,Difficult to read the model.(2)VR is currently used in the final effect of the expression,which can not be a good display of building data and information.(3)BIM and VR are highly complementary.BIM's advantage lies in covering the whole life cycle of the building data control and collaborative design;VR approach to architectural design compared to traditional design methods(professionals),which is really a design motholodgy from the human experience,it is never happened before.The core stone of this study is how to use the unique advantages of BIM + VR into the field of architectural design,especially in the early stage of design through the "BIM +VR" platform into the multi-line collaborative design,visual architectural design process,so that this can assist architects Design better,and multi-stakeholder areas for more effective and profound "dialogue" to improve design efficiency.Based on the spatial information model supported by the data,this paper builds a virtual interactive design and experience platform for BIM + VR data integration and immersive experience.Through the comprehensive application of different software,the design method of building visualization based on "BIM + VR,is put forward,and the following three dimensions are discussed:(1)How to do "BIM + VR" is based on "BIM + VR"(2)"BIM + VR" after the completion of how to use,that is,"BIM + VR" visual design in the design of the "BIM + VR" collaborative design of software applications,(3)The design method of building visualization of "BIM + VR" is applied to the "i-Yard2.0" solar energy experiment,and the design method of "BIM + VR" visualization design is applied to the"BIM + VR" The actual design of the old-age housing,to explore interdisciplinary,multi-dimensional,multi-scale building under the digital design of the law.(BIM + VR +Architectural Design),"i-Yard1.0"(BIM + Architectural Design),"i-Yard2.0"(BIM + VR+ Architectural Design),"i-Yardl.0"(BIM + Architectural Design),"i-Yard1.0")And"aerial walk"(VR + architectural design),derived in the design efficiency,multi-party participation,the results show and other advantages.Finally,the paper draws out the unique advantages of "BIM + VR" visual design in the field of architectural design:(1)"BIM + VR" visual design platform brings data information readable and multi-dimensional building space-time scene experience;)"BIM + VR" visual design methodolodgy is taking the real feelings of the design as a starting point,the data design of the whole process of control and implementation as a design process to control,which make sure that we can be achieved in the construction of the whole life cycle to participate in the design,and improve design efficiency and reduce the error caused by the error caused by the information.Besides,these can express the greatest degree of the architect's design intent;(3)BIM modeling VR help gather up additional information(subjective feelings)beyond the integration of non-traditional BIM information,thereby increasing participation in multi-stakeholder areas.To sum up,the methodolodgy and tha application based on "BIM + VR" building visual design will burst out of the greater energy for the architectural design field to bring more efficient and more extensive architectural space experience and design in the future.
