In order to better adapt to the need of Chinese high-speed railway,to unify the model of the rail vehicle and for the purpose of catering to the "go-out" strategy of Chinese railway as well as the foundation of the self-owned brand,China Railway Corporation has developed the Chinese standardized EMU with a maximum operating speed of 350 km/h.As we know bogie undertakes the important task of train operation safety and stability,the structure reliability and fatigue reliability design of bogie has been the focus of attention,so we need to carry on the long line tracing test.But due to space limitations,the number of measuring points should not be too much.Therefore,the existing solution needs to be streamlined.This paper is based on the structure strength Laboratory of Beijing JiaoTong University "the main components load characteristics of and dynamic stress test project of China standard EMU bogie",taking the CR400AF as the research object,aiming to optimize the load measurement point and dynamic stress measurement point and establish the load spectrum consistent with damage criterion.Based on the above research objectives,the main research work are as follows:(1)In preparation for the track test,through the analysis of frame structure,set up the finite element discrete model and use Goodman fatigue limit diagram for fatigue assessment.The results show that the structure satisfies the requirement of fatigue strength and obtained the structure fatigue risk point,provide the basis for the selection of calibration test.(2)Combined with the error analysis of calibration test data,the load data and the load strain transfer coefficient are obtained by processing the collected data and Origin linear fitting.(3)In the aspect of load characteristics,the change of each load under different conditions is analyzed in time domain.At the same time,the influence of speed,no-load and full load on load is studied by means of control variables.(4)The load measurement points are simplified according to the load spectrum building requirements and the fatigue evaluation parameters.Based on this,the damage consistent load spectrum is established.Moreover,by analyzing the distribution characteristics of the spectrum,the lognormal distribution is selected to obtain the probability density function of each load.(5)In the aspect of dynamic stress reduction,according to divide the framework into ten zones,the fatigue evaluation point and damage check point were selected.Finally,34 dynamic stress measurement points are determined.
