Light-weight steel grouting wall structure is a new type of prefabricated light-weight steel structure,which has good performance of insulation,sound insulation and durability,and solved poor fire resistance,poor corrosion resistance and other shortcomings of traditional light-weight-gauge steel structures.In this paper,the compression test and finite element simulation of the vertical keel,column and wall of the light-weight steel grouting wall structure were carried out,and the calculation methods of their ultimate bearing capacity were given.Specific work and results are as follows:(1)The full-scale static compression tests were carried out on the vertical keel,column,pure light-weight steel frame and light-weight steel grouting wall respectively.The experimental results showed that,under axial load,for the vertical keel,bent buckling damage is mainly occured,and in the lower part distortional buckling is accompanied;and for the column,distortional buckling occurs firstly in the middle or lower part,and then it bends globally.Under vertical pressure,distortional buckling appears at the foot of one column of the grouting wall firstly,with the development of buckling,the torsion of the whole wall occurs.The bearing capacity and rigidity of the light-weight steel grouting wall are better than that of pure light-weight steel frame.(2)Using riks method,the numerical simulations of vertical keel,column,pure light-weight steel frame and light-weight steel grouting wall were carried out by finite element software ABAQUS.Then the simulational results were compared with the test values,which showed that the simulational results are in good agreement with the experimental results.(3)The method of adjusting the slenderness ratio and the effective cross-sectional area was used to revise the calculation method of China current standard,and then a reasonable calculation method of the axial load bearing capacity of the vertical keel and column was obtained.Based on the experiments and numerical simulations,the formula of compression stiffness and the empirical formula of bearing capacity were put forward.The calculation methods suggested in this paper can be used for structural design of light-weight steel grouting wall structure.It can also provide a scientific basis for the preparation of code and application of the light-weight steel grouting wall structure system,and provide a reference for subsequent research and engineering application.
