Dual-clutch automatic transmission(DCT),which has two sets of clutch,is evolved from MT structure equipped with electronic-hydraulic control equipment,not only has a high power transfer efficiency,a relatively lightweight,a very compact structure that can match the MT,but also has the advantage of the AT and CVT that can complete a smooth shift and uninterrupted power,which greatly enhances the vehicle's ride comfort and operational capacity.So the domestic and foreign major automobile companies are attached much importance to it,It becomes the international transmission research hot todayand has been widely used in practice.This paper mainly studies the overall structure ofthe dry double clutchand it's friction pair,designed a dry dual clutch for a brand car according to the parameters,created a steady-state numerical model of the selected vehicle engine,established the dynamic model of the vehicle with dual clutch and the vehicle power transfer model in the MATLAB / Simulink software,developed a car start control strategy and clutch stroke control measures,analyzed the different starting modes by MATLAB / Simulink software and got the sliding friction and vehicle speed,So as to formulate the optimal engine constant speed strategy.I have determined the material parameters of each component,and set the load and boundary conditions according to the working conditions.Through the ANSYS / Workbench software,I have completed The steady-state transient temperature field analyze of friction plate,pressure plate and intermediate flywheel,and based on the above temperature field results,completed he thermal-structural coupling analysis of the main components of the friction pairs,obtained The temperature,stress and strain distribution of main components of the friction pairs to provide reference for its structural improvement.
