With the continuous development of the global economy,the global energy crisis intensified,making the use of clean energy for human beings continue to increase,especially solar photovoltaic power generation has gradually become the focus of development and construction of energy projects for the country.In recent years,household and commercial type of distributed photovoltaic system has become the trend of photovoltaic power generation,because of its small investment,construction fast,small footprint,large quantity,favored by the national and individual.Therefore,how to use the household and commercial type of photovoltaic power generation system to seek the most economic benefits is the important issue to stud for us.With the increasing demand for electricity,the current load capacity of the grid is already unable to meet the user's electricity demand,which resulted in contradiction between the power supply side and the demand side.In order to enhance the capacity of the power grid,grid-connected operation of large-scale household and commercial type of photovoltaic distributed system is an inevitable trend,but because of the photovoltaic power generation itself has a strong randomness and fluctuation,which makes the gap between peak and through of power grid intensified and the instability of grid.The time of use electricity price was an important means to solve the contradiction between power supply side and demand side.It can change the distribution of using charge time for users in a certain extent,reduce the gap between peak and valley of power grid,and enhance the stability of the power grid.Though the cost of household and commercial type of photovoltaic system is low,the power generation is not great.How to use the less photovoltaic power generation to seek the maximum economic benefits for the power generation side,in the same time,enhance the stability of the power grid and reduce the gap between peak and valley of power grid,is the current important problem need to be solved for us.Therefore,it is of great significance to making study the economic optimization of PV power based on time-of-use electricity price.In this paper,a large number of researches on the PV system are presented.The paper proposes fruit fly algorithm combined BP neural network algorithm to solve power generation forecasting model of PV system and introduce adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm combined bacterial foraging algorithm to solve power economic dispatching model.The feasibility and efficiency of the PV power generation forecasting algorithm and the economic scheduling optimization algorithm are analyzed proposed in paper with the example of household and commercial type of photovoltaic system.The results show that the controller can effectively implement the power distribution plan and make more money for user.
