Research On Electricity Price System Based On The Analysis Of The Characteristics Of Regional Power Users In XXX City

Electricity is an important basis for regional economic development,and it is very important to people's life,economic activities and social stability.The cost of electric power user occupies a large proportion in the cost of production,which is a good platform for the implementation of the power demand side response.It is an important means to use the electricity price to guide the power users to adopt the reasonable structure and the way of electricity demand side management.Therefore,it is an important method to establish the electricity price system to adapt to the regional economic development,which is an important method to guide the good development of the electric power enterprises and the sustainable growth of the regional economy.This paper intends to use the statistics related theory,electricity consumption forecast model,price model method,XXX City area as the research object,research on electricity Price system based on the aanalysis of the characteristics of regional power users.Firstly,this paper briefly expounds the related theories of electricity and regional economic relations,including the correlation theory,the theory of electricity consumption forecasting and the theory of electricity price system.Then this paper analyzes the economic structure,power user,electricity price system and tax contribution in XXX area,and then uses statistical theory to evaluate the advantages of the industry.Then discusses the considering economic and environmental factors,toolbox LibSVM electricity consumption data of XXX area each month in 2013 to predicted results with real data and compared several traditional prediction methods,results show that this prediction method is more suitable for use in the area and some rich hydropower resources area electricity demand forecasting.Pointing out that the existing contradictions and problems,and combined with the actual situation of electricity price system from time of use price,the difference between the price reform and measure,unchanged in the average selling price based on the new catalog price XXX area the practical implementation of the pricing system are analyzed.Finally,combined with the forecast of power consumption results in the implementation of the new electricity price system and regional economic differences,the results show that the power company sales income is not significant difference,and the regional economic growth.Through all the data analysis,this paper provides new ideas for the reform of the electricity price system and a theoretical basis for the economic transformation and upgrading in XXX area.
