Millions of people have been killed each year by car accidents over the world in recentl years,90%of which are due to driver's wrong operations.This has aroused a growing number of institutions and individuals to devote to the research of self-driving.Research and application towards Autonomous Driving-system and Platform is the main content in this paper.The details are as follows:(1)The design and implementation of Distributed Environmental Perception Service.With the increasing complexity of road information and amount of the sensing data collected by sensors,the data processing becomes more and more complex.The Perception Service of this subject is inspired by the distributed notion of Robot Operation System(ROS)that various sensing data can be distributed on several compute nodes,and then the compute nodes can provide the service for other modules.(2)Design and implementation of Vehicle Control Service Based on AUTomotive Open System Architecture(AUTOSAR),which is the criterion of the software development architecture of Electronic Control Unit(ECU).It has improved the portability and resuablity of software.The Vehicle Control Service in paper is based on the RTE layer of AUTOSAR.and classifies the controlled objects.(3)Design and implementation of service interfaces of Autonomous Driving-System and Platform.it takes the localized buffering and real-time data updating into consideration in the work of designing the service interfaces.The design of vehicle control interfaces considers the differences of bottom VCU control protocol and decouples driving executive layer and VCU control protocol.(4)The experiment's result can verify the effectivity,real-time performance and reliability of Autonomous Driving-System and Platform.
