With China's rapid economic development,new business district,a large number of new residential construction,urban energy consumption and energy supply between the contradictions are increasingly prominent.As an indispensable part of improving the quality of the indoor environment,air conditioning can not be underestimated.Traditional air conditioning system at the beginning of a lot of investment,operation and maintenance costs are higher,integrated cold station is based on the traditional air-conditioning system to expand,so that a set of air-conditioning cooling system to pay more buildings,as much as possible to improve economies of scale.But only to simply increase the scale of the cooling range,while ignoring the cooling radius;will only cause a substantial increase in initial investment,but can not achieve the desired energy efficiency;even worse,in the actual operation of the cost of making ends meet.This paper analyzes the design of the integrated cold station system from the point of view of integrating the design of the integrated cold station design,supplemented by the economic judgment of the design scheme,and improves the operability and economy of the design results.The integrated cold station is a multi-class building consisting of buildings as the object of service,first of all need to build a group of cold load demand for accurate and reasonable calculation.The cold load of each building in the buildings covered by the integrated cold station is analyzed,and the composition of the cold load and the dynamic analysis of the cold load are analyzed.Due to the different nature of the use of the building,it is also necessary to determine the coefficient of use between buildings.At the same time within the same time put into use the building,the need for buildings within the cold load matching,analysis of its matching characteristics,select the appropriate time to use cold storage,let cool.And then on the basis of the correct cooling load calculation,the integrated cold station design.The installed capacity of the system is affected by the cooling loss of the secondary transmission and distribution network and the loss of the secondary pump.The design of the secondary pump is related to the cooling radius and flow rate of the integrated cold station.Planning design needs to determine the cooling radius of the secondary network,on this basis to adjust the pipeline chilled water flow rate.These factors promote each other,but also mutual restraint,need to seek the best point of cooperation.Integrated cold stations supply multiple different functions of the building,the system control is more complex,but also the need for flexible deployment of the work,so the integrated cold station must be equipped with a suitable control system to ensure that the system is running accurate,energy saving.Integrated cold station system should be able to achieve automation management,group control,single point adjustment,detection of energy consumption,automatic alarm and other functions.The initial investment amount of the integrated cold station system is large,and the economic benefit of the whole life cycle is the important influence factor of the construction unit and the operation unit to the design acceptance.The integrated cold station can be like a municipal public infrastructure such as municipal water supply,municipal power supply,municipal heating,as a city.Based on the integrated cold station system design,professional operation and management,its economies of scale is also obvious.The integrated cold station can refer to the central heating charges can also be sold at low temperature chilled water,the pricing fee;and investment recovery needs related to the necessary technology,equipment conditions should be synchronized with the integrated cold station system design,reasonable basis pricing,to accumulate Management experience on price correction,so that integrated cold station more commercial value;both user-friendly,but also for investors to bring returns.Maximizing the economic efficiency of the design is also a more rational driver of technology design.
