With the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the requirements of the living area of people not only staying in a single place to live,more pursuit of emotional neighborhood association,fun venues and multi-functional comprehensive activities place.The highest frequency of the use of outdoor activities in residential areas is the elderly and children,The comprehensive growth of children and physical and mental health of the elderly have been paid more and more attention,providing residents with a child who can enjoy both play and not delay the activities of the elderly to premise under the care of children's family landscape is particularly important.Residential area outdoor activities in the space of the landscape design research on the healthy growth of children has a positive role in promoting,but also a plot of the most vibrant place,therefore,children's activity area landscape design is the most disregardful area of the designer,its quality directly related to sound development of children's physical and mental health and affect the feelings of the residents.At present,the research on the spatial landscape design of children's outdoor activities in residential areas has been quite comprehensive and practical research needs to be further improved.This thesis focuses on the design of the spatial environment landscape of children's outdoor activities in the residential area.It mainly studies the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly and children's outdoor activities,the stage characteristics of the development of children's psychological behavior,the basic characteristics of outdoor games,and then studies the relationship between children's psychological and behavioral characteristics and the outdoor environment.Finally,the study of the landscape theory of children's activity area and the main points are enumerated,the theoretical research and case are combined to summarize the specific design ideas and methods.In this paper,through the literature research,field observation and access method,landscape theory and case analysis method,for the elderly and children's psychological,physiological and behavioral characteristics,children of different ages on the outdoor activities of space requirements and foreign outstanding outdoor children's activities landscape design highlights for detailed study.And "Henan Xinxiang Plain New Area children's activities space landscape design" as a practical program,put theory into practice.There are still many problems in the process of writing,which only hope to provide reference for the related research of the spatial design of children's activities.The following is the conclusion of the paper:?
