| China as a developing country,the main energy is given priority to with coal.Coal accounts for about 75%of the energy consumption.Coal gangue as associated rocks,at the same time,is a solid waste,in the process of coal mining and washing and processing is separated out.According to statistics,at present our country coal gangue emissions accounted for about 15%of the total coal mining,with the high quality coal resources,the proportion are likely to rise.A large number of coal gangue abandoned,on the one hand,take up a large amount of cultivated land,forest land,resident land and industrial and mining land,destroy the landscape,at the same time coal gangue waste accumulation,will produce the toxic gases such as CO and S02,spontaneous combustion atmosphere pollution,farmland and water body,and even endanger the safety.This article made three ratio is 0%,10%,20%dosage of fly ash and coal gangue dosage ratio is 0%,15%,30%and 45%of 12 groups of block,by coal gangue type of test piece of the compressive strength of self-compacting concrete,to study the mixing ratio of fly ash,coal gangue replacement ratio of coal gangue fluidity of self-compacting concrete,slump,compressive strength and modulus of elasticity and the influence of the change rule.And under the same mixture made 12 beam type coal gangue self-compacting concrete experiment,study the two variables of crack development of the tested beam,cracking load,ultimate bearing capacity,midspan deflection,and the influence of the change rule,and compared with ANSYS software simulation,the results are as follows:(1)Type coal gangue self-compacting concrete can along with the increase of coal,liquidity and collapsing fluidity decreases,which the minimum for the gangue dosage was 45%,and the mixed with fly ash can increase the fluidity of liquidity and collapsing,and mixed with 20%of fly ash effect was most pronounced;A percentage content of coal gangue and fly ash can improve the coal gangue self-compacting concrete strength,when coal gangue dosage was 30%,20%when the dosage of fly ash can achieve maximum intensity,compared with ordinary concrete group increased by 9.3%,consider the safety factors and economic factors,thought C3 group as the best mixture ratio,mixture ratio as:sand,gravel,coal gangue,cement,fly ash,water:water reducing agent =839.45:618.1:264.9:416-104:149.603:13,at this time with the increase of coal,the compressive strength will reduce.(2)In the fly ash content within the scope of 0%,10%,20%in the process of change,when coal gangue content is 30%,maximum cracking load,the vertical and inclined cracks appear first when the load;Incorporation of fly ash can improve the cracking load,average increased by 11.1%compared with normal group,from the test beam failure pattern in the figure shows that the widest crack occurred between the two load;Besides 10%dosage of fly ash,when 30%coal,midspan deflection minimum value,maximum stiffness,when the dosage of 45%,midspan deflection reached maximum,minimum stiffness,when 10%dosage of fly ash,ordinary self-compacting concrete beam midspan deflection value is the smallest,stiffness,and the coal gangue type of self-compacting concrete beams are less than normal concrete beam.(3)through the experiment of test beam income value with the theoretical calculation of the normal concrete beam to comparison and analysis,and through the MATLAB software,such as fitting the gangue type of self-compacting concrete beam bending capacity calculation formula of reference:Mu=K·α1fc/1.4bx(h0-2/x)1,K=0.0017x12+0.0148x1+1.0122(4)Type by using the finite element software ANSYS to coal gangue self-compacting concrete beams and the cracking load,ultimate bearing capacity of ordinary concrete beam and stress of the midspan deflection of graphic simulation analysis,and compared with the test results analysis,the cracking load and ultimate bearing capacity with the increase of content of coal gangue,the load value lower after increased first,and the stress of the midspan deflection graphics tallies with the ordinary concrete beam stress graphics and in the end,the yield load and ultimate load of the beam test and software simulation values of a function of draw up the,the reference equation for:FY=0.0091x3-0.0907x2-1.728x+111.3808 R2=0.8374,Fu=0.0591x3-1.1489x2+4.4011x+111.5545 R2=0.7583... |
