The development of the global economy to accelerate the process of the development of national economy,the number of high-rise buildings growing fast,the elevator operates height will also continue to rise,at the same time,the elevator system will become very sensitive to the external excitation,abnormal vibration are more likely to happen,and the strong vibration may cause safety accidents,analysis the reason of elevator vibration becoming more and more important.The research object of this dissertation is Traction elevator,and theme is reducing the elevator vibration in the operation process of vertical and horizontal direction.Combining theoretical study with computer simulation and experimentation research to analyze vibration condition of 1:1 ratio tractive elevator.This dissertation main research content is as follows:Firstly,a 6-degree-of-freedom dynamics model of vertical direction for hoisting system of 1:1 tractive elevator is established by reasonably simplifying,and the dynamic equation is developed.Based on this model,natural frequency is obtained and analysis the changing rule of the system natural frequency when the elevator running status parameters and structure changing.Accordingly this,the method for decreasing vibration is put forward,and the simulation results show its effectively.Finally,analyze the vibration acceleration of the elevator car under eccentric incentive.Then,a 4-degree-of-freedom dynamics model of horizontal is obtained by equivalence and simplification to the system,and the dynamic equation is established by Newton’s second law.Based on this model,solve the system natural frequency,and analyze the changing rule of the system natural frequency when the load,the stiffness of guide and the rigidity of rubber around the car changing,Accordingly this,the method by increasing the stiffness and damping of the guide shoe are put forword,and its effect are verified by simulation.Finally horizontal vibration response is analyzed caused by three kinds of rail irregularity excitation,and then get the vibration regularity.Finally,test the vibration in the process of elevator running situation,when the traction machine eccentric incentive,using EVA—625 elevator vibration tester,and compared with the simulation results,verifies the correctness of theoretical model.
