Nowadays,elevator has already become an integral part of people's life.The vibration of car in vertical running direction has significant influence on the comfortableness of passengers inside.It's not only an important indicator of elevator running quality,but also may cause wear or damage on components,reduce the performance and service life,even cause safety issue.This article take elevator product SKY as object of study,it focuses on the car vibrate acceleration problem at vertical running direction,based on method of vibration mechanics,it builds the mechanics approach and dynamical equation.By studying on system natural frequency and harmony,the impact of vibration system by stiffness of elastic parts is analyzed.Theoretical solution to optimizing system stiffness and vibration reduction is provided.Based on DOE method and the simulation result,it brings forward detailed effective design solution for the vibration reduction by DOE design,test and data analysis.According to the article,by conducting mechanics analysis and DOE,vibration reduction solution for elevator product could be effectively found out,which may contribute to elevator design improvement and car vertical vibration problem solving.In this paper,the main work and conclusion are as followed:(1)Based on elevator product with machine room,2:1 traction ratio and 2.5 m/s rated running speed,a parameter mechanics approach with 7 DOF's is built up.Based on the model and product design,vibration system at car vertical running direction is simulated;(2)The impact of natural frequency and harmony by car weight,car position,car sheave isolation stiffness and car platform isolation stiffness is analyzed.Based on the analysis result,primary solution of system stiffness optimization is determined;(3)Based on DOE and test result,detailed system stiffness value is provided as design solution.By testing,the effectiveness of the design solution is verified;the standard design is modified accordingly to meet the requirement of customer.A method is provided to solve car vertical vibration problem of elevator.
