With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of material chase,medium and high speed elevators have also been greatly popularized.At the same time,the elevator comfort has been unprecedented attention.This thesis introduces the research background and significance of this topic.After understanding the research status of elevator comfort at home and abroad,this thesis puts forward the main research contents.In this thesis,we understand the real elevator structure and working principle and then establish the physical model of the elevator in vertical direction from the middle and high speed elevator which is our research object.The key point of this model is to simplify the physical model according to the vibration characteristics of the elevator,mainly considering the influence of the excitation source of the tractor on the vibration,and establish a single degree of freedom vertical vibration model.At the same time,the model can be simplified into a spring mass mechanical model.On the basis of this model,the dynamic equations of the corresponding model can be conveniently established.Because the length of the steel rope follows the change of the position of the car and the bending deformation of the load bearing beam,the stiffness coefficient of the model should be considered.At the same time,using the conventional method of complex equations is difficult,this thesis gradually derived using the principle of Duhamel integral method,the discrete time-varying systems are solved as a finite time invariant system.In order to solve the model equation,it is necessary to consider the given speed curve of the system.In this thesis,three common speed setting curves of elevator are introduced,and the parabolic linear speed curve is selected according to the established model.At the same time,the operating parameters of the system are studied,and the influence on the operation efficiency and comfort is analyzed.In this thesis,the focus of model analysis is how to optimize the vibration characteristics of the model,and take into account the operation efficiency.After simulating the model equation by MATLAB programming,different simulation curves can be obtained by modifying the inherent parameters and operating parameters of the system.After analyzing and comparing these vibration curves,the rules are summed up,and the countermeasures to optimize the vibration characteristics can be obtained by combining the value analysis of the parameters.Whether the model and countermeasures are reasonable need to be verified by experiments.This thesis mainly uses the EVA analyzer to verify the ride quality of high speed elevator,select corresponding model as the experimental object,with multiple instruments to collect data,to obtain the vibration data under different load conditions.Through the analysis and processing of the test data,we obtain the vibration characteristics of the elevator.The reliability of the established model and the rationality of the optimization strategy are proven by comparing the experimental results with the vibration law of the model simulation,and finally achieve the goal of improving the comfort of the elevator.
