With the development of infrared technology,infrared continuous zoom lens with its superior performance was favored.The advantage of the continuous zoom system is that the imaging process is clear and uninterrupted.The quality of the image is related to the quality of the zoom structure.Therefore,this paper,to a company of national new product development as the backing,takes a series of related research on the zoom structure of the cam drive spectacles frame sliding by the kinematics analysis method and the finite element method,which provides the relevant theoretical basis for the design of zoom structure.First of all,according to the performance requirements of the zoom lens,the optical system is designed,and the zoom curve is fitted.The zoom curve has the characteristics of short stroke and small torque.Secondly,due to the motion optical frame and lens cone is clearance fit,cause lens deviation and deflection in the process of movement of the motion optical frame.The effect of the different draw ratio motion optical frame and the different guide pin positions on the lens is analyzed,then the optimal structure of the frame is obtained,and the image quality of the zoom process is good.Thirdly,relying on the analysis of the moving frame and the actual optical system structure to design the motion optical frame,so that the motion optical frame meets the influence of lens is small,and does not occur blocking light,while reduce starting torque.Design of zoom lens based on zoom structure,and kinematics analysis was carried out on the lens.Through the analysis of the results can be showed that the design of the zoom structure meets the requirements.Fourthly,due to the motion optical frame put the squeeze too much on lens in low temperature environment,so for triangular,trapezoidal and round three kinds of the motion optical frame slotted release lens pressure scheme to compare.It is concluded that the squeeze of the lens is minimized under the low temperature environment of the trapezoidal pressure program,and the stress of the lens is not caused by the high temperature environment.It is concluded that the lens stress is minimized in the low temperature environment by using the trapezoidal pressure scheme,while the trapezoidal pressure scheme does not cause the lens stress to become larger in the high temperature environment.The trapezoidal scheme is used to improve all the motion optical frames in the lens to improve the image quality.Finally,the design of the lens is experimented at room temperature,high temperature and low temperature.The experimental results show that the zoom lens has the advantages of good imaging quality and good adaptability to the environment.Therefore,the results of this paper can be applied in similar zoom structure,at the same time,the research methods have certain guiding significance to the study of similar products.
