With the continuous development of infrared technology,the requirements for infrared technology have been constantly improved.The infrared imaging system was developed from fixed focal length system to an infrared optical system with continuous zoom.The advantage of the continuous zoom system is that the imaging picture is clear and uninterrupted during the zoom process.The infrared continuous zoom lens is the core component of the continuous zoom system.The image quality of the zoom system is directly determined by the zoom lens.Based on the enterprise project,the design and implementation of a 10Śmedium wave infrared continuous zoom lens was carried out.The working wavelength range of the system is between 3.7?m and 4.8?m.Firstly,the classification of infrared imaging system was analyzed in detail.The development history of infrared detector was introduced,and the detector was selected according to the project and theoretical analysis.Secondly,the method of fixing the optical and mechanical system was described detailly.The contact form of the pressing ring,the spacer and the lens was analyzed.Combined with the project,the specific force analysis was carried out,and the commonly used optical and mechanical materials were classified and selected.Thirdly,the general characteristics of continuous zoom principle and zoom structure were discussed.The overall structure of infrared continuous zoom lens was designed and analyzed for specific projects,and detailed design and theoretical calculation for each structure component were carried out.The key component zoom cam of the zoom lens was designed and optimized in detail,and the 3D modeling and simulation analysis were completed.At last,the designed lens was subjected to environmental stress tests and room temperature,high and low temperature imaging tests.The experimental results show that the designed continuous zoom lens has a good imaging effect in the zooming process and has good environmental adaptability.This dissertation provides a variety of digital zoom cam modeling scheme,which guarantees the design diversity of the core components of a continuous zoom lens.The dissertation also provides precise design scheme,steps and ideas for the same industry designers that is helpfl of standardizing the structure design in this industry.
