In recent years,the fish pond photovoltaic power generation project has become a new power generation project.The upper for photovoltaic power generation,the lower for aquaculture.PV panels will be three-dimensional layout of the above water and fish ponds along the coast,do not need to take up valuable agricultural,industrial,residential land.This not only saves the land,improves the economic value of land per unit area,and does not affect the aquaculture at the same time of power generation.It has the characteristics of "one place and dual use,and light and light complement each other".Compared with other PV projects,Benefits,economic and environmental benefits.The paper based on the characteristics of the complementary projects of fishing and light,evaluate the economic benefits of existing PV projects,from the direct economic benefits(such as the direct benefit of the PV project).Social and environmental benefits of the project in-depth study,the establishment of a set of evaluation models for such projects provide the basis for investment decisions.Based on the present research,the project evaluation theory and method are used to describe the project and characteristics of PVP.The cost and benefit composition of PVP project are analyzed,and its direct economic benefit The external benefit of social benefit and environmental benefit should be taken as an important basis for decisionmaking of the project.This paper analyzes the social and environmental impacts of the project.The comprehensive evaluation index system of the PVP project was constructed and the method of calculating the index weight was studied.The comprehensive benefit evaluation model was constructed by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The model was applied to the fishing industry of B County 108 MWp Yu-guang complementary PV power plant project was evaluated.Based on the evaluation results,the relevant suggestions were put forward.The research shows that the evaluation system can reflect the benefit of the project.Fish pond photovoltaic power generation project has a high social and environmental benefits,the economy is also feasible in the lake water and other conditions to adapt to the region should be vigorously promoted.
