The Comprehensive Evaluation Research Of The Electric Power Transmission Construction Project Hapingnan

National infrastructure construction has become a vary important integral part and essential material conditions of social revolution and national economy development,with the economy developing rapidly.The increasing of infrastructure was the decisive role during the processing of social economy developing.Otherwise,as the electric power industry is the major basic industries of thecountries in the energy field,electricity is the lifeblood of a modern national economy.So,the importance of the construction of power projects is higher than all other infrastructure constructions.In resently years,our electricity supply has emerged in the status of the short of electricity supply and the increasing of load gap,especially in the developed coastal areas.Among them,grid infrastructure lags behind the power infrastructure is one of the important reasons that led to the emergence of this situation.A reasonable integrated evaluation for electric power projects ensures that the project could be finished on time,more quality,on quantity and operationally.In terms of the construction of electric power projects,because of its large investment,long construction period,huge impact on the national economy and many other features,it is belong to major infrastructure projects related to the national economy.The general improvement and proposal of the program was obtained in this paper,by using the theory of economic evaluation of general engineering programs,the electric power transmission construction project Hapingnan was analyzed.The feasibility and rationality of investigation was proved,by means of financial evaluation,social benefits analysis,feasibility analysis and environmental analysis.Considering the limitations of pure economic evaluation,this paper further conducted a comprehensive evaluation of hapingnan electric transimission and transformation project.on the basis of introducing Analytic hierarchy process and the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to hapingnan electric transimission and transformation project,building the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation model of hapingnan electric transimission and transformation project,and conducting comprehensive evaluation to the project by combining the project specific conditions,and the results show that the project is feasible in technology and economy.This article was practical evaluated based on the abundant and meticulous data in order to applied the achievements in this paper on the relevant field.
