Power grid is the basic industry and public utilities related to the lifeline of national economy.The development of modern power grid has ushered in the critical period of coexistence of opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,the grid needs to deal with the increasingly severe pressure on resources and the environment,optimize the allocation of resources in large scale,improve the operation ability of all-weather,meet the needs of the adjustment of energy structure;on the other hand,power distribution,power generation,information technology and intelligent technology to solve a series of problems to provide a solid technology support.Therefore,smart grid has become the only way to develop modern power industry.Intelligent substation is the use of advanced,reliable,integrated,low carbon,environmental protection intelligent equipment,to the station intelligent information system,network communication platform and information sharing standards for the basic requirements,automatically complete the basic information collection,measurement,control,protection,measurement and monitoring function,and according to the need to support real-time power grid substation automatic control,intelligent mediation and online analysis of advanced features of decision-making and collaborative interaction etc..Based on the existing mature intelligent substation on the basis of further study of intelligent substation two system layout mode,enhance the reliability of the two intelligent substation equipment and system,improve the integrated ability of intelligent primary equipment,explore implementation scheme of hierarchical protection and control engineering,improve the overall level of intelligent operation.On this basis,the paper puts forward the overall technical scheme of the two system of Tang Ma substation,and carries on the detailed design to the two part.This paper discusses in detail the new network scheme,the introduction of station protection.In this paper the use of "four in one" system,using a new type of network structure,simplifies the process of equipment,enhances the importance of network layer,improve the interoperability between electrical equipments,eliminate the information island.At the same time,this paper also discusses the principle and application of transformer on-line chromatography monitoring system,capacitor reactive power compensation and voltage optimization.
