On the basis of integrated and high-speed communication network,smart grid can realize the economic,efficient,safe and reliable operation of power grid.As an important part of smart grid,intelligent substation,based on the functions of automatic information collection,measurement,control,protection,measurement and monitoring,aims at standardization,networking and digitization,so that the power grid has advanced functions such as all-weather automatic control,intelligent regulation,real-time online analysis and decision-making.According to the actual operation of Chengdong power grid in Zhaoxian County of Hebei Southern Power Grid,based on the development status and research background of smart grid and Smart Substation at home and abroad,by analyzing the power supply status and load forecasting in Chengdong area of Zhaoxian County,110 k V Smart Substation is designed,and advanced applications such as on-line monitoring system,clock synchronization and 5g Internet of things communication technology are introduced.Based on the load forecasting and electrical calculation results of Chengdong area of Zhao county,the primary system of the substation is designed.The access system scheme adopts the connection mode of forming a ring network with the superior power supply and surrounding substations,which greatly strengthens the grid structure of Chengdong area and improves the reliability of power supply.The selection of main electrical wiring and the selection of intelligent primary equipment such as intelligent transformer,GIS combined apparatus and electronic transformer are completed.The relay protection configuration scheme of 110 k V intelligent substation is studied,and the characteristics and configuration principles of relay protection in intelligent substation are analyzed and studied.This paper analyzes and studies the requirements of line protection,transformer protection and bus protection configuration,and establishes a relay protection system based on IEC61850 standard and secondary circuit,electronic transformer,merging unit,intelligent terminal,data communication and other equipment.According to the field situation,a set of relay protection system configuration scheme of110 k V intelligent substation is formulated.The configuration schemes of line protection,main transformer protection,bus protection and 10 k V system protection of intelligent substation are determined respectively.This paper comprehensively analyzes the technical advantages and characteristics of Chengdong intelligent substation compared with traditional substation,which contributes rich experience to the construction of intelligent substation in Zhao county.
