This paper chooses high-rise housing core tube as study subject.Firstly,it lists and summarizes the specifications that affect core tube design,then decomposes and analyzes its basic elements.By an applicable level of the specification,high-rise housing in hot summer&cold winter zone is divided into four categories,and through analysis and trying different combinations there were customized alternative core tubes for high-rise housing,and an evaluation of those.Secondly,this paper summarizes and analyzes the planar organization model of high-rise housings.Combined with the climate coping strategies in hot summer&cold winter zone,this paper derives the suitable model for housing in those areas.Lastly is the analysis of the optimal design of core tube and layout for high-rise housing in hot summer&cold winter zone.This paper describes the preconditions,ideas,adjustment direction and measure,and specific points and technique to optimize the core tube design.Analyzed the control condition and selection order of core tube designs affected by planar layout,and illustrates several cases of adjusting and optimizing core tube design for high-rise housing in hot summer,cold winter region in new environments.This paper has sorted out a standard selection table of high-rise housing core tube in hot summer,cold winter region.By archiving and rapid screening core tube designs,the efficiency of the design process is increased,and the concept of rational design in high-rise housing optimal design is achieved.
