Energy is essentially material basis for the existence of human, while the reserve of the common energy on earth is extremely limited. In China, with the increasing of building area about20billion m2every year, even exceeding the total of added constructional area in all the developed countries, building field has become the one of primary industry of national economy, Construction, transportation, and industry have been the three major energy-consuming, and energy consumption of construction take up about one-third of the total. Recently, because of the government’s policies to promote energy-saving and emission-reduction, the development of China’s building energy efficiency and renewable energy business adopting in the construction have made a leap. Application of the technology heating water by use of solar energy is the most mature technology. The systems heating water by use of solar energy are widely used in low-rise and multi-storey buildings, but the application of high-rise building is rare. China’s high-rise residential construction is an inevitable choice, how to promote the technology development that that the integration about high-rise residential building and solar energy, and large-scale application about the system of heating water by the solar energy in high-rise residential buildings is the ultimate goal of this paper.Firstly, this article makes a brief analysis about the climate features and regional scope of summer and cold winter area. As a non-heating area, air conditioning and hot water energy consumption is clearly a major component of energy consumption of residential building and consumption of electricity for residents make indoor thermal comfort. This article discusses the energy-conservation technology of the overall architectural design and architectural design of single building. By Dest-h software simulating the energy-consuming analyzes the influence of the building envelope wall and windows on building energy consumption. Studies have shown that not only do energy efficiency of residential building for insulation properties of building envelope, but also need to use solar energy to "open source".Secondly, the paper introduces the classification of solar water heating systems and makes some theoretical analysis at principle and efficiency of collector operating of solar water-heating system.According to some problems about the practical application of solar water heaters, this paper proposed a design under the same conditions what can empty the presence of water in the vacuum collector of a vacuum tube solar water heater and use it all to improve the efficiency of solar energy.Specially, it analyze the forms of heating water system by solar energy that is fit to high-rise residential building, and pay attention to the key issues of each form at design, including the issues of decentralized heating systems combined with the architectural forms, the reserved pipelines, the sunshine analysis and the key items of centralized heating system When the design is done.Finally, the paper analyzes an example that a high-rise residential building adopts the form of decentralized heating systems by solar heating in Anqing City. The project researched a number of test data collected in the field, and analyzed performance for collector and water-tank insulation of the entire system. Then the paper established a evaluation system of solar-water-heating system for building applications and made a evaluation of the project including:guaranteed rate of the solar energy projects throughout the year, the substitution of conventional energy, the cost-effective, economic and environmental benefits of the project. At the same time, it made a dynamic monitoring on water and energy consumption, and on this basis objectively analyzed energy-saving efficiency of the solar energy heating water system.
