The Three Gorge ship lift putting into operation and the change of multi-line cascade co-scheduling environment have brought new challenges to the integrated scheduling problem of Three Gorges ship lift and lock cascade hub.The cascade joint operation problem of ship crane is analyzed and studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The establishment of mathematical model.Through the analysis of the joint dispatching problem between the two dams,it is found that the ship shipping constraints,ship lock operation constraints and other constraints are put forward.It is proposed to optimize the utilization ratio of the gate chamber and minimize the waiting time of the ship.Mathematical model of joint scheduling problem.(2)Priority Algorithm of Ship Scheduler in Navigation Co-scheduling System.Ships priority calculation is an important part of the Three Gorges ship lift to lock the hub cascade regulation system.The factors which affect the weight of the ships are complex,and they change with the conditions of the time and the outer environment,After thorough investigation and study,Analysis of the influence factors of lock age and scheduling rule,a weight mode of ships including dynamic weight and static weight is designed in this thesis.The static weight mainly consider the type of ship,way of passing the dam and ship cargo three factors.Static weight is obtained by binary coding according to the basic information of ships,and the composite weight is calculated by considering the static weight and the waiting time of ships.(3)Lock chambers scheduling algorithm Based on genetic algorithm for Three Gorges-gezhou Dam.The lock chambers scheduling is an important part to solve the problem of co-scheduling of Three Gorges ship lift ship lock and cascade hub.A lock chambers scheduling model is presented in this paper,which is a NP problem.Then a lock chambers scheduling algorithm based on genetic algorithm for Three Gorges-gezhou Dam is proposed.The algorithm includes code representation,selection strategy,crossover operator and mutation operator.The algorithm solves the contradiction between the utilization rate of chamber area and the priority of vessels passing effectively.The scheduling results generated and the waiting time by the proposed algorithm and the actual manual processing results are compared.The comparison results verify the validity and practicability of the proposed algorithm.(4)Hybrid Intelligent Algorithm for Joint Scheduling Problem.Based on the co-scheduling of gate schedule optimization,an intelligent algorithm for joint scheduling between two dams based on particle swarm optimization algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm is proposed.The two-layer cycle is used to search the variables.The outer layer recursively improves the total number of gate gates and the value of the gate course by particle swarm optimization algorithm.The inner circulation is defined by the total number of gate gates and gate The sub-space uses simulated annealing algorithm to search the gate start time.The ship flow datas of Three Gorges Gezhouba in May 2015 is a test data set.The scheduling results generated and the waiting time by the proposed algorithm and the actual manual processing results are compared.And in the cascade hub joint scheduling verification software to test,The comparison results verify the validity and practicability of the proposed algorithm.
