With the development of space science and technology,the exploration of extraterrestrial space is also accelerating the process,at the same,the space detector technology and performance requirements are constantly improving.The development of space detector loaded on space probe satellite trend for miniaturization,high performance.The main content of this thesis is to study the prototype of high-energy electronic detector.High-energy electron detector detection target is the radiation band of high-energy electronics,based on the purpose of miniaturization,the use of ASIC chips and FPGA as a sensor signal processing module.In this thesis,the physical structure of the prototype is designed,and the sensor signal processing system with higher integration is developed.Finally,the modules are simulated and tested.The main structure of the thesis consists of five parts,the first is to introduce the working environment of the detector,as well as the status quo at home and abroad,the development and trend of high-energy particle detectors;and then elaborated on the topics involved in the physical principles and technical principles;The structure of the detector is designed,the composition and design of the detector system are described,and the interference of the detector can be analyzed and simulated.The geometric factors are obtained.The signal processing system of the detector is designed.Chip and FPGA as the reading electronics system,mainly analyzes the hardware and software design of the system.Finally,the hardware and software of the system are tested and simulated.From the experimental results analysis,the interference analysis in the physical structure design reduces the interference coefficient of the unrelated particles,and obtains the clean experimental data while realizing the main function,and designs the working mode of the detector.The software simulation results of the signal processing system realize the timing control requirements of the hardware modules and test the working mode of the hardware.The final simulation results show that the whole system has good linearity.
