Research On Management Technology Of Subway Vehicle Supervision

《 "the 13 th Five-Year Plan " Modern Integrated Transport System Development Plan》pointed out that China’s urban rail transit operation is expected to reach 6000 km in 2020,the increase in operating mileage indicates that the urban rail transit industry will be developed vigorously,as the core of operation subway vehicles’ manufacturing scale will be bound to become huge.With the subway vehicle function is getting stronger and stronger and the complexity of each subsystem is getting higher and higher,the supervision unit as the subway vehicle production schedule control and the importance of providing consulting services to construction units is becoming increasingly apparent.In the process of subway vehicle design program implementation,the supervision unit of the production schedule control and the management capacity of quality control will directly affect the overall performance of the vehicle.The reasonable organizational structure and effective management mode of the supervision unit can effectively reduce the potential quality risk of the subway vehicle production stage and play a positive role in improving the reliability and safety of the subway vehicle during operation.In this paper,through the study of subway vehicle supervision and management,Summary of the supervision unit in the subway vehicle production process manufacturing stage,commissioning and testing phase,acceptance and packaging transport phase of the specific work,and points out how the key projects that need to be concerned should be controlled,and then avoids the occurrence of vehicle defects or the progress of delivery,thereby it can achieve the change of the subway vehicle from the functional design goals to meet the operational requirements.The purpose of this paper is to play a decisive role in standardizing and guiding the present stage supervision structure framework through the practical research of supervision and management,and to offer some help for the standardization of supervision industry in the future.At the same time,this paper introduces the management of foreign advanced RAMS,with the purpose of explaining the necessity of RAMS management in China’s urban rail transit industry.Combining RAMS management concept with our current supervision and management will help toimprove the level of supervision industry in our country and speed up the international development process of supervision industry.
