Influencing Factors Of Quality And Safety Supervision And Management Of Rail Transit Project

Nanning,as the capital city of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and an important host city of China ASEAN Regional Expo,has become an international type metropolis of China ASEAN Free Economic and trade exchanges.The construction of urban rail transit project is very important for the realization of urban development strategy and the promotion of regional economic development.However,due to the characteristics of rail transit construction project,such as large investment,long construction period,tedious construction technology,and strong uncertainty of risk factors,there are different regions with different cognition of risk factors,inadequate investment and management of project construction It is scientific enough to make the situation in the field of urban rail transit construction more severe in recent years,and engineering quality and safety accidents continue to appear.The "influencing factors of quality and safety supervision and management of rail transit project" studied in this paper takes the current situation of quality and safety supervision and management of Nanning rail transit project as the investigation object,adopts literature search,questionnaire survey,expert evaluation and comprehensive study to form the evaluation system of various influencing factors of supervision and management.The judgment matrix of each influencing factor in the evaluation system is obtained through the expert scoring,comparison of supervision reports and accident investigation reports over the years,and the AHP model is constructed.Using the model of AHP to analyze the influencing factors in the evaluation system,the ranking weight of the objectives is obtained.Count the proportion of the weight of each influencing factor in the ranking to find out the key influencing factor,secondary influencing factor and general influencing factor.Combined with the new public management theory and principal-agent theory,this paper analyzes the causes of the influencing factors and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.It is hoped to provide a useful reference for improving the supervision and management efficiency and working mode of Nanning and even the whole country.
