Research And Application Of Railway Intelligent Maintenance Production Logistics Management System

With the rapid development of China’s railway industry,the maintenance of railway vehicles,lines and auxiliary equipment plays an important role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of railway transportation.Materials required in railway maintenance and production have wide types,large number and high value,railway grassroots station depots which undertake maintenance tasks urgently need a scientific logistics management model.Considering information perceiving,network transmitting,data processing and other factors of logistics management,Intelligent Logistics system based on the Internet of Things will has a greater capacity to improve the efficiency of railway maintenance.Firstly,this thesis discusses the background and significance of logistics warehouse management research on railway maintenance work,summarizes the domestic and foreign literatures of intelligent logistics research,and then introduces the concept and application of Internet of Things,Intelligent Logistics and railway maintenance production.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the actual demand of logistics and warehouse management in railway stations and departments,constructs the hardware and software used in the system,then discusses the application process and improved measures of the key technology in detail.Finally,the thesis shows the realization process and application of the main functions of the system,summarizes research work,puts forward shortcomings and makes future prospects.Based on the problem of warehouse management and logistics distribution in the process of railway maintenance and production,this system relies on the EMU Management Information System platform,applies RFID and two-dimensional code and other Internet of Things technology to the materials for data acquisition,displays information with video and audio,combined with warehousing from storage to distribution tracking the entire logistics process,to establish an Intelligent Logistics model,and in the Windows and Android client respectively develops railway intelligent maintenance and production logistics management system,achieves the railway maintenance and production logistics management information digital and informationalized,effectively enhance the maintenance of production logistics turnover speed;achieves important parts and maintenance tools of the whole Life cycle management,reducing the intensity of the work of the relevant operators to ensure the timeliness of the railway maintenance operations;achieves a number of existing railway information system data exchange,to the basic information and warehousing information real-time sharing,the business docking between the systems also has a certain guiding significance for the consumption statistics,financial accounting and planning of the railway station and workshop.
