Warehousing is an essential part in modern logistics operations, with the logistics industry continues to show the role of the social economy in the country, warehouse management is gaining more and more attention throughout the logistics management. In view of the current domestic warehousing management, including difficult to recognize objects, difficult to obtain items of information in real time, too dependent on manual operation and many other issues, therefore, designing a warehouse storage management system based on Internet of Thing technology. This issue mainly discusses the key technologies of RFID and Zigbee wireless communication networks of Internet of Thing technology. The warehouse storage management system based on Internet of Thing technology this paper proposed combining these two technologies, not only improve the efficiency of warehouse management but also real-time monitoring of warehouse management. The final design of the system enables goods quickly out of the library, storage, search for and inventory, etc. And minimize operating costs and meet the demand for goods store in the context of information technology conditions.This paper started with warehouse storage management system based on Internet of Thing technology, mainly around “the wireless sensor network consists of RFID technology and Zigbee technology” expanding the research and design, proposed RFID system with Zigbee network integration mechanism, concerning the interpretation of RFID technology and the Zigbee specification. The design included coordinator and router hardware and software in Zigbee network, hardware design selected CC2530 as the system’s main chip. RFID RF system included the design of master and slave reader modules and electronic labels’ hardware and software, the hardware circuit design chose nRF24LE1 as the master RF chip. Based on LabVIEW software to complete the functional design of PC warehouse storage management system. Experimental results show that the system can achieve the interaction data between the host computer and electronic tags, that is able to complete the identification of electronic tags and achieve read/write operation, demonstrated the feasibility of the warehouse storage management system based on Internet of Thing technology.
