| With the development of Chinese automobile industry,the production of automobiles is increasing day by day.Whether the parts packaging management is effective or not affects the parts logistics operation efficiency,operation quality and cost of auto parts logistics,and even relates to the smooth operation of auto production.In the current traditional management mode of packaging,each supplier input its own packaging alone,with little input and lack of scale.Different design and production standards among different suppliers lead to low efficiency and high cost of packaging logistics.Automobile OEMs adopt the traditional management mode of packaging.There are many problems in the packaging management of planning and tracking of input.As a result,some kinds packages are wasted,but some kinds are difficult to be transferred in the supply chain.Due to the lack of advanced management means and technology,the storage space,operating personnel and operating equipment invested have been increasing,but the management efficiency has not been improved synchronously.Therefore,the management mode and mechanism are urgently optimized.Relatively advanced IoT concepts and technologies were combined to study the optimization of the management of packaging.First of all,systematically combed the research literature,theoretical basis and the status quo of the application of IoT at home and abroad.Secondly,in-depth research on the packaging management of SVW Nanjing plant,analysis of its management process and operation status,summed up the problems arising from the current packaging management model of SVW Nanjing plant,and dissected its causes.Further,several specific countermeasures for optimizing management are proposed.That is,the integration management system mode,packaging planning and design standardization,procurement production standardization,coding standardization,and acceptance standardization.Finally,combining the concept and technology of the Internet of Things,the Internet of Things technology is applied to the transmission of packaging logistics data,packaging transportation management and storage management,and the packaging management system and an automated warehouse packaging storage solution under the background of Internet of Things technology is proposed.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the optimization of packaging management,and it is expected to provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the efficiency improvement of auto parts logistics industry. |
