High-speed rail and passenger safety is one of the m ost important aspects of railway transportation in China.Passenger saf ety is one of the importan t links in railwa y safety management.With the continuous expansion of China's railway network,the number of passenger traffic has been im proved year by year,The passenger tran sport system in the safety management mode and safety m anagement concepts continue to adapt to ada pt to the new situation,new requirem ents,in-depth implem entation of security risk m anagement,combined with their own characteristics and th e characteristics of the passenger transport system,Practical,to "h ighlight the effectiveness,pay attention to pr actical" principle,and constantly deepen the safety risk management in the passenger sector application research.Based on the analysis of the basic concep ts,management processes and application methods of risk m anagement,this paper defines the scope and content of the safety risk management of railway passenger transport,and analyzes the scope and content of the ris k management of railway passenger transport from the aspects of "man-m achine-environment-management" At present,the current situation of passenger safety management is sorted out,and the m ain problems of railway passenger transport system are analyzed and analyzed.Based on the general m ethod of risk identification and the characteristics of safety management of railway passenger transport system,the risk of passenger safety is identified by using the m ethod of fishbone chart,flow chart m ethod and expert investigation method.Based on the principle of risk acceptance,Station,passenger and passenger safety of the two aspects of the existence of the risk of analysis and evaluation.According to the results of risk evaluation,the safety risk control table is form ulated and the risk control strategy is put forward.The principles,methods and precautions of improving the job responsibilities are put forward in the m anagement research.In the asp ect of personal safety control,the process,method and requirement of safety process contro l in job post are studied.In the aspect of quality control of passenger facilities,the paper puts forward the control of the safe operation of the related customer service equipment and how to promote the safety risk m anagement at the grassroots level.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to establish the safety risk assessment?...
