Improving The Efficiency And Quality Of Rail Grinding By Using Profile Measuring Equipment Based On Laser Technology

Rail grinding is an important work in the railway line maintenance,which can effectively control and prevent the occurrence and development of rail surface damage.With the development of the research on the rail grinding technology,the technology of the rail profile detection technology has been developed rapidly.At present,there are still many shortcomings in the application of the rail profile detection technology in the rail grinding,the first is the lack of more convenient and efficient testing equipment.The second is the lack of the application of profile detection technology in the field of operation,so,the role of guidance in the application of quality and efficiency is not strong.The focus of this paper is to develop a kind of rail profile measurement system.The rail grinding operation process should be optimized using the rail profile detection technology.The efficiency and quality of rail grinding should be improved.The research object of the subject is the operation of the rail grinding train Urumqi Railway Bureau.The type is PGM-48.Through analyzing the data of grinding operation,the author designed the new profile measurement equipment,optimized operation.The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,the author had researched the developing status of the profile detection technology and the grinding technology in home and abroad,and investigated the existing problems in the process of operations in profile grinding technology,determined the research direction and methods of the subject.Secondly,a new type of rail profile detection equipment is developed by using the principle of laser triangulation,according to the requirement of operation.Again,the equipment had applied in the grinding operation site,will be integrated into the profile technology to every link of operation,so that the profile of technology truly play its due role.The use of data analysis of profile technology can effectively improve the operational efficiency and quality of rail grinding operation.Finally,all the work of this thesis is summarized.
