| This dissertation is based on the Ministry of Railway’s key project which is about the control technology of the rail grinding train (Object NO.2010G008-C) and China General Railway Company’s key project which is about the research of grinding mechanism and operation parameters of high speed rail grinding train (Object NO.2013G014-E).In this dissertation, the GMC-96rail grinding train is used as the research object. Rail grinding mode’s compilation algorithm is studied and the software of grinding mode is developed through analyzing grinding data gained from grinding filed and tests about single grinding wheel and several grinding wheels. Main research contents are followed.Firstly, calculation method of rail grinding quantity is studied. The idea that one pass grinding of several grinding wheels is seen as several passes grinding of single grinding wheel to eliminate the difficulties producing by the superposition of several grinding wheels’ grinding quantity is proposed. The thinking that the closed area formed by the length of grinding band and rail profile before grinding is used as grinding quantity of single grinding wheel is put forward, and the calculation method of single grinding wheel’s grinding area is given.Secondly, the relationship between grinding quantity and grinding parameters is determined. The change of grinding quantity in the condition of repeated grinding with grinding parameters not changed is gained too. The relationship which is about grinding quantity, grinding train’s vector and grinding wheels’angle is obtained through the test at grinding filed. The conclusion that the grinding quantity becomes smaller as repeated grinding with grinding parameters not changed is obtained through the test on rail grinding test-bed. For example, the grinding quantity is the biggest at the first time. The third one is smaller than the second one.Thirdly, Rail grinding mode’s compilation algorithm is studied. The whole grinding area is divided into B train’s grinding area and C train’s grinding area according to the principle that single wheel’s grinding quantity is almost same. First the angle of train’s frame is determined using the method of dividing grinding quantity. Every wheel’s angle is gained easily. Grinding train’ vector depends on degree of rail’s wear and grinding condition. Grinding pressure is obtained by the relation of grinding quantity and grinding parameters.Fourthly, the software of grinding mode is developed. The software is developed using MATLAB according to grinding mode’s compilation algorithm. It has six functions, such as reading rail’s date, aligning rails’ profile, measuring angle and position of grinding, grinding mode’s compilation, forecasting rail profile after grinding and outputting grinding mode.Finally, the correctness of developed grinding modes is tested. The tests directing at new rails and rails which come out flash are conducted. Rails after grinding meet the need of train through the confirmation of workers at grinding filed. |
