Study On Evaluation And Integration Of Public Facilities In Suzhou Based On �Integration Of Functional Zone And Town�

Under the background of the urban-rural integration,�Integration of functional zone and town� has become one of the new urbanization development pattern.This development pattern supports the integration development of functional zone and town through breaking the administrative border,integrating management system of functional zone and its adjacent or located town,promoting the convergence of each function,space,facilities,industries and more.However,the differences between functional zone and town decide various problems in the process of integration development,the inevitable problem to solve is the public infrastructure integration of the "Zone and Town",as its rational layout and integrated utilizing play an important part in life.In this study,effect factors of the public infrastructure integration are analyzed and public infrastructure integration evaluation system are constructed to put forward optimization and integration strategies.Firstly,combed the evolutionary history,type and positive significance of "integration of functional zone and town" in Suzhou based on analyzing the relationship evolvement between functional zone and town.Secondly,summarized the problems existing in the public infrastructure integration through investigated related area.Thirdly,analyzed the effect factors of the public infrastructure integration,including external visual factor and internal effect factor.External visual factor refers to physical facilities,internal effect factor mainly refers to space planning and industrial development.Then used AHP to quantify effect factors of the public infrastructure integration to construct the public infrastructure integration evaluation system.Fourthly,based on the public infrastructure integration evaluation system,improvement and optimization strategies are put forward.Finally,the evaluation system was applied to Fenhu high-tech industrial development zone in Wujiang district of Suzhou.Then proposed the countermeasures to improve the factor with the lowest score.There are four conclusions in this study:(1)The relationship between functional zone and town experienced the process of alienation to integration.(2)the integration of public instructure not only influence on allocation,layout and investment,but also influence on the space planning,industrial development and more.(3)The degree of the public infrastructure integration could not be estimated without evaluation system of external and internal factor.(4)It was necessary to make regulation and guidance countermeasures in aspects to ensure the public infrastructure integration of the "Zone and Town".
