Study Of Renovation Of Small-town Old Industrial Zone On The Basis Of Industry Upgrading

With the pratice of adjustment or transform of industrial land to surpress or optimizating of second industry and develop third industry, old industrial zone renovation has become a critical action in promoting industrial upgrading, urban environment improvement and regional linkage development. It has also become a hot topic in small-town planning. Thus, based on the systematic interpreting of industrial upgrading, this thesis studies the directing impact of industrial upgrading in small-town industrial zone development, further analyzing rule and mode of action of this theroy, to provide a effective way of small-town industrial zone renovating.Follow the logic of process, this thesis can be devided into four parts. On reviewing related works of home and abroad, the thesis points out its working pattern and historic evolution. It listed out the basic theroy of small-town old industrial zone renovation. This chapter makes an intergrated conclusion, coming from the study of relevant case, from the facet of connotation, direction, impetus, goal and mode to enumerate the particularities of small town old industrial zone renovation. The thesis researches the relationship between industrial upgrading and old industrial zone renovation in small town to the three levels of impetus, direction and mode. Each of their inner connections and modes of action are discussed. The thesis concluded the acheivements and problems of renovation of the industrial zone in Mudu, then set the goal and criterion of this renovation in the background of industrial upgrading and actual status of its industrial zone. In the hope of providing a useful study of small town old industrial zone renovation, the thesis then discussed the direction, mode and system of this renovation planning.
