| Bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer,as continuous efficient unloading machinery for bulk material,is widely used in thermal power plant,bulk cargo port,etc..for loading and unloading bulk material such as coal and sand.Due to higher requirements to bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer measurement and control system in development of modern industry,this article,with "DQL1800/1800·35 bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer" from heavy machinery limited liability company as research object,designs an efficient and reliable bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer measurement and control system,and makes some improvements on basis of some defects in part of measurement and control sub-systems of the past bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer.Firstly,this article introduces background and research significance,analyzes bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer at home and abroad and its measurement and control system development situation,and detailedly introduces structural composition,design parameter and stacking/reclaiming process of main parts of DQL1800/1800·35 bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer so as to lay the foundation and provide a reference for subsequent detail design and improvement of measurement and control system.Secondly,this article completes overall design of bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer measurement and control system,including power distribution system design,PLC measurement and control system design,frequency conversion scheme design,man-machine Interface design,etc..In the measurement and control system,IPC is used as upper computer,and PLC is used as lower computer.Through assistance of fieldbus technology,converter technique and human machine interface technology,and use of Campact Logix1769 type PLC from A-B company and Rockwell RSLogix 5000 programming software for program design,relay and control cable are substantially reduced,and semi-automatic running of bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer is realized so as to improve production efficiency.Thirdly,this article analyzes defects of some measurement and control sub-systems in operation process and makes some improvements.By aiming at low detection precision of measurement and control system of running mechanism,Gray busbar technology is introduced to improve the detection accuracy.By aiming at defects of easy damage,short service life,and slow separation and combination speed of swing mechanism limit protection device,proximity switch is introduced to improve the protection performance.By aiming at defects of complex installation and debugging,and maintenance difficulties of elevation angle detection device of elevation mechanism,tilt angle sensor is introduced.By aiming at defects of short service life and poor cleaning effect of original empty section sweeper,a cleaning device is designed with long service life,good cleaning effect,easy installation and removal,and low maintenance cost.By aiming at defects of low detection precision of raw material flow detection system,a stepless detection device is provided to improve the detection accuracy.Finally,after design and improvement of bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer measurement and control system,bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer is debugged to test.From debugging results,the measurement and control system meets all performance indexes required in technical agreement,security and stability of the system are further improved,and failure rate is reduced,with good overall operation. |
