Based on no sand vacuum preloading field test at reclamation area 3 to th e west side of the B03 Road in Nangang Industrial Zone,this thesis includes reinforcement scheme design,monitoring(testing)scheme design,construction i mplementation,process monitoring and reinforcement effect testing.Combined process of two kinds of shallow pumping consolidation scheme,two kinds of deep vacuum preloading scheme and two kinds of cushion sche me to form a hard shell was studied,and the no sand vacuum preloading tech nique for soft soil treatment was developed.The technology cancelled silty-and fine-grained sand construction cushion in shallow vacuum preloading,mediumand coarse-grained sand drainage cushion in deep vacuum preloading,and it ca n be used alone or in combination according to the actual situation.The techn ology is applicable to all the vacuum preloading foundation,and it uses no sa nd in the vacuum preloading of ultra soft soil,solving the problem of shortage of resources.Its simple process is easy for design and construction personnel to master,with good promotion prospects.This thesis proposed testing method and unloading standard for no sand v acuum preloading in shallow soft soil treatment,and unloading testing should a dopt site vane shear test.It is found that space between drainage plates has a great influence on rei nforcement effect of shallow ultra soft soil.The use of less space between drai nage plates than one recommended by standards can effectively reinforce the s oft soil and quickly form the working surface to meet the need of setting of d rainage plates by heavy drainage plate setting machinery.
