Research Of The Historical Cultural District Protection And Renewal Application Based On The Urban Catalystic Theory

As a precious heritage of the city,historical and cultural blocks witness the development of a city's civilization.In recent years,China's urban planning has gradually changed from incremental planning to stock planning,and historical and cultural blocks,as an important stock of land,will become the first target to protect and update.Because of the historical and humanistic value of historical and cultural blocks,its protection and renewal will also be the focus of urban construction.With the aid of the urban catalyst theory,this paper attempts to explore an effective and progressive means and strategy for the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks.The theory of the original city catalyst is reshaping the catalyst carrier dynamic potential and activation,mainly through linkage reaction between adjacent or close to the original catalyst carrier produced by the process,promote the development of the entire region.This paper mainly takes the view of protection and renewal from partial to whole,and probes into the application of urban catalyst theory in the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks by introducing the theory of urban catalysis into historical and cultural blocks.This paper is to study the current situation of the historical and cultural blocks and related theory,and then update city catalyst theory of historical and cultural blocks protection related theory,constructed the theoretical framework of the theory of city catalyst protection and renewal of historic block based on.Based on the theory of urban catalyst,the application methods and Strategies of "five steps" and "three elements" are summarized."Five steps" : refers to the selection of catalyst angle,suitable to determine the original catalyst carrier and vigorous remodeling associated with activation of catalyst carrier,to control and guide the catalyst effect and release and feeding on the historical and cultural blocks;the "three elements" : and develop diverse material space,enhance the quality of function of industry state and traditional culture inheritance.The theory and practice of city catalyst based on the guidance of theory,try to city catalyst for the first time the protection and renewal of Zhengzhou City College Street Historic and Cultural District,for the future renewal practice of Zhengzhou City College Street Historic and cultural district and provide corresponding theoretical reference.In a word,the work of protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks in our country is advancing constantly.However,due to the complexity of its own problems,there are still many problems in its protection and renovation.In this paper,the application of urban catalyst theory to the study of historical and cultural blocks provides a new means and strategies for the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks in the future.
