With the development of China's transportation,asphalt mixtures pavement has been widely used,however,under the repeated action of a large of vehicles load,the stress and strain in the pavement are in the overlapping state,resulting in the decrease of pavement material's strength and fatigue damage.Nowadays,it had impact on the roads' work and caused great economic losses that the most of roads was in a state of fatigue damage in China.Therefore,aiming at studying the fatigue property of the asphalt mixtures,scholars launched a lot of research work,and made too many achievements.In the aspect of experimental about the fatigue property of asphalt mixture,there are no standard over the world,however,most researches were focused on the property of asphalt mixture and the influence of temperature,at present,a large number of pavement structure is double-layer or multi-layer pavement structure instead of a single layer structure.Therefore,it has important research value and engineering significance to study on the fatigue performance of asphalt mixture that is based on composite structure system.To study of various factors on the influence performance of asphalt mixture fatigue,the paper adopts four point bending fatigue test with the test method for stability,flow value,shear strength test for auxiliary.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)The research objects are SMAP-5,AC-13,SMA-13 and drainage(OGFC)of four kinds of gradation type modified asphalt mixture to research and discussion on strain level gradation mixture fatigue performance of asphalt.The results show that the change of the strain level has a great influence on the fatigue performance of asphalt mixture,and it is different that the response of different asphalt mixtures to the strain level.(2)According to the actual pavement condition of pavement,it is studied in this paper that the fatigue performance of composite beams with considering the size of interaction effects of various basic factors.The experimental results show that the size of the influence factors is the amount of oil,the level of strain,and the type of oil,what's more,it is also studied that the effect of void ratio on the fatigue performance of the composite beam.Based on the analysis of the test results,the optimum combination of composite beams is determined.(3)With the best combination of the composite beam as the research object,the researches of the composite beams are considered the environmental impact factors,such as temperature,frequency,water damage;self-attribution factors,such as properties,interlayer pollution,structural depth,and experiment on the fatigue test with various factors.After the test,it is analyzed that the effects of various factors on the fatigue performance,and improved the pavement fatigue model with interlayer interface.
