With the development of high-grade highways, people on the route line, driving safety and comfort have higher requirements, the construction of highway tunnel is indispensable Meanwhile, in the form of highway tunnels also tend to use asphalt pavement concrete pavement, but the use of asphalt paving roads, that closed space within the approximate highway tunnel, rolling asphalt paving process, temperature, asphalt smoke, ventilation and other environmental factors are asphalt pavement construction makes it difficult endanger the health of construction workers. In response to these difficulties, through investigation and numerical simulation methods, analyzed asphalt pavement construction environment inside the tunnel, the tunnel asphalt pavement construction based on environmental hazards, the conventional asphalt pavement construction technology on the basis of proposed improvements and construction control points, propose new construction technology, relying Fuxin to Panjin highway asphalt pavement works, to be applied and evaluated for effectiveness. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Systematic summary of highway tunnel asphalt pavement construction environmental factors, analysis of environmental factors on the tunnel hot-mix asphalt pavement construction impact. From the temperature, humidity, ventilation, smoke tunnel environmental factors are analyzed, these environmental factors will come to site construction personnel injury, increase the difficulty of asphalt pavement construction;(2) Numerical simulation study for the tunnel after rolling asphalt paving temperature distribution, the temperature distribution analysis of the characteristics of the asphalt laying a cross-section of the tunnel, the air temperature distribution is obtained in the longitudinal distance from the center of the asphalt pavement less than 1m,0.8m from the center of the range of high temperature on both sides, did not change significantly, on both sides of the road near the outer wall of the heat flux density, temperature changes quickly.(3) Combined tunnel asphalt pavement construction hazards and environmental factors temperature field simulation results from the ventilation, lighting, air quality control, truck and paver convergence, preventive measures and other aspects of traditional asphalt road tunnel construction program proposed security technology measures and control points, and proposed the transfer vehicle used in the tunnel which asphalt pavement construction, to ensure continuous and stable tunnel asphalt pavement construction, based on the tunnel road construction to reduce environmental hazards to workers.(4) Finally relying Fuxin to Panjin highway asphalt pavement works HAITANG Tunnel, will present security technology solutions and construction control points to be applied, field surveys show that the proposed construction control points and technical measures to improve tunnel safety within the construction environment, while can reduce the tunnel construction environment hazards on construction workers.
