Empirical Research On Risk Management Of Sports Center Station Construction In City T

With the rapid development of urbanization and the increasing pressure on urban traffic,metro,as an ideal mean of transportation,plays an important role to ease the pressure and promote socio-economic development.In the recent years,metro construction has constantly speeded up.However,metro construction with its hidden nature have many uncertainties,therefore,people start to pay more and more attention to the risk management of metro construction.Through literature analysis,statistical analysis and case study,starting with construction risk management,this thesis have defined the concept of construction risk,discussed the mechanism and processes for the construction risk management.On the basis of risk source analysis for domestic metro engineering construction,this thesis mainly analyzed the main potential risk sources during the construction of Sport Center Station in T city,finding that engineering construction risk,surrounding environment risk and behavior risk are main risk sources.Improper pre-control of these sources make risk induced factors act on risk carriers so as to incur construction risk accident and cause construction risk loss.Through the explanation of construction risk and assessment method,this thesis also analyzed and assessed the risks for Sport Center Station construction by using analytic hierarchy process,and determine construction risk grade for each engineering project combined with risk acceptance criteria.In addition,this thesis propose specific measures for construction risk management optimization against the risk sources and the assessment results,including construction risk control,environment risk control,management risk control,engineering construction risk monitoring and risk management PDCA cycle,to reduce or avoid the risk in construction and guarantee the safety of metro project.
