Nowadays,with the flourishing development of metropolis,the expansion of urban land and the continuous transformation and upgrading of industries.Metro has become the best solution to mass transit travel.At present,many cities in China are actively carrying out the construction of metro.There is huge amount of works in metro construction,and the construction of the stations are the keys of the whole metro construction project.Because of the high technical content and many risk factors in the construction of metro stations,once the risks occur in the construction process,it will affect the whole construction process,reduce the efficiency,and even threaten the lives of the constructors.Therefore,the construction risk management of metro station is a proposition worthy of further study.This paper takes the most widely used open-cut technology as an example,uses WBS-RBS theory to identify metro station construction risk factors,and uses AHP-fuzzy evaluation combination method to evaluate the construction risk of metro stations,and puts forward prevention and control guidelines for major risk sources.The following research work is mainly completed:(1)This paper comprehensively introduced the current major construction methods of metro station.By comparing the characteristics of the methods,the specific application conditions of these methods are analyzed.Based on the engineering characteristics of metro stations,the existing basic theories of risk management is analyzed,and the construction risk management theory of metro stations is mainly introduced.(2)The construction process of metro station is separated by WBS method.On the basis of statistical analysis of past safety accidents in metro constructions,identify the potential risk factors(RBS)of metro station constructions,and the working structure and risk factors are recombined after decomposition to complete the construction risk list of metro stations.(3)After determining the risk sources,make quantitative analysis of the probability of risk occurrence and loss degree,and evaluate the level of risk combined with established risk judgment and acceptance criteria.This paper uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weights of various factors leading to a certain type of risk,and make quantitative analysis to risk probability and loss degree by means of the investigation of experts and literature,so as to judge the grade of these risk factor.Finally,the LEC method is used to check the calculation.(4)This paper introduces the risk monitoring of metro station construction,including risk monitoring,inspection,information feedback,process control,early warning system and control countermeasures,and puts forward some suggestions on several major risks.(5)Take S station as an example to make empirical analysis,make comprehensive use of the above research.To identify and evaluate the construction risk of the station,and put forward corresponding emergency management and prevention measures for the main risk sources.Finally,it is oriented to actual production management and provides support for similar risk management.
