At present,China's urbanization progress goes fast.On one hand,because of city land hardening,rainwater storage severe disabilities,therefore the Ministry of Construction promulgated the "sponge city" specification,trying to invest in the construction of storage facilities to enhance city rainwater storage capacity;on the other hand,the city power load increased sharply,the peak valley difference more and more,the load rate is lower and lower;because the city center is not suitable for the establishment of power plant,so the load required long-distance transmission,while the distance of power generation hours decreased,and the whole city transmission and distribution work hours reduced power equipment,thus bring benefit of reducing power system.The construction of "sponge city" project in the storage tank,mainly large probability response to heavy rain,the annual utilization hours is very low,equipment efficiency is very poor;in fact,has a certain height of the storage tank,you can use the potential difference,realize the pumped storage;the flood pool,if the use of buildings,the barrel shaped city underground garage,underground shelters,mountain park,get a certain height difference storage tank and pressure pipe layout,can greatly reduce the peak valley difference of city power grid,reduce or delay the long-distance transmission,improve the use of city power grid equipment,in turn,will greatly enhance the "sponge city" the economic value of the storage tank.The following research is carried out in this paper:1)To study the storage model from the whole city regional planning perspective.Structural adjustments needed to preserve the region's natural flow and reduce development.2)Calculate the volume of the storage tank of the storage tank and the introduction.Analysis of calculation methods at home and abroad as well as the volume storage tank model.Optimization modeling of city flood storage pond.Through the genetic algorithm to optimize the multi direction flood storage pond location.And its economic benefit calculation and analysis.3)In the city development process,the use of super high-rise buildings,underground parking lot,shelter and mountain park,the building construction in pumped storage for flood storage to the system.By calculating the economic benefit of the system under the TOU price of the time of the.4)Optimization model for storage of rainwater tanks and buildings combination.The system can be used to control the runoff of the roof and reduce the final discharge rate of the urban drainage system effectively.This paper can provide a feasible reference for the implementation of the new development of the city,in the process of creating and planning the city,to achieve a more sustainable development of the ecological environment.
